During June, Tinder users in Serbia noticed unusual profiles featuring playful and provocative messages such as “Excited wantd” and “If you’re into bonding, we have something for you.”
What they were actually seeing was the first recruitment campaign in the region and further, conducted exclusively on this app, created by our agency.
We carefully designed Tinder profiles tailored to our target audiences, began swiping right, and soon messages started arriving, followed by applications for open positions.
Aleksandra Radujko, Founder and Managing Director of New Media Team, explained that attracting and hiring talented people is an absolute priority, as the strength of the team is the foundation of the agency’s market leadership. “We chose Tinder because it is fresh – people are there not only to find romantic connections, but also to socialise and meet other people. So, we wanted to introduce ourselves in that spirit and offer them new career opportunities. Our creative team carefully developed solutions that reflected the tone of this platform – some perhaps a little too bold, but we are aware that, for a long time, conventional visuals and copies have no longer been enough to capture attention,” said Radujko.
She added that the campaign was entirely zero budget, as the agency’s in-house team handled everything – from concept development and art direction to photography, copywriting and publishing on the Tinder app.
The call for applications closed on 30 June 2023, and the selection process is currently underway.
